I have been losing weight in the last six months, so my diet pays attention to less oil, even if it is frying, try to reduce the oil as much as possible. This requires a strong non-stick pan to hold it. This tofu cake contains glutinous rice flour, so the first two times of frying failed and it was not good at all. Tips:

Grasp the amount of glutinous rice flour by yourself. If the tofu is more watery, put more, as long as it can be kneaded into shape. North tofu is used for tofu. There must be a strong non-stick pan!
