Pan-fried Tofu Cake

Chop tofu, shred carrots, chop green onions and bacon, add seasonings and glutinous rice flour and mix well.

Take a part of the paste and knead it into a pie on your hand, and set aside for later use.

Preheat the pan and use a brush to spread the oil evenly on the pan. Put in tofu cake and fry until golden on both sides. It can be served with chutney and tastes not greasy.

It's really a super easy dish.
Tips:
Grasp the amount of glutinous rice flour by yourself. If the tofu is more watery, put more, as long as it can be kneaded into shape. North tofu is used for tofu. There must be a strong non-stick pan!
