Papaya Bone Soup

Soak the bones in clean water and wash them for later use.

Put the cleaned bones in the pressure cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and add ginger slices to fly water. Boil on low heat and cook for 2 minutes to remove the blood. After blanching the water, rinse with clean water to remove the bone scum and scum.
