Papaya Coconut Milk Milk Jelly

Prepare all the ingredients first

Cut the papaya and scoop out the seeds inside the melon with a spoon. The melon body sits in a small bowl without shaking.

Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water to soften. (I used cold boiled water that was refrigerated in advance. Don't use tap water. There is no heating and boiling step, which will cause safety hazards.)

Find a non-metallic container and put the coconut milk, milk, and sugar into it and mix well. Then heat it in the microwave (you can touch it if it is hot, don't boil it. I heard that the milk will destroy the nutrition when it is heated^_^).

Gelatine strains off the water and adds to the coconut milk and stir to melt.

After letting cool, pour it into a papaya cup and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

After 3 hours, take out the papaya cup. First remove the skin and then cut into pieces and set the plate. The delicious papaya coconut milk jelly is ready~
