Papaya Three-color Glutinous Rice Balls

Put an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour in a large bowl, add boiling water and sugar

Roll into purple sweet potato glutinous rice balls. (I put it in the refrigerator immediately after I finished it, I didn’t eat it right away)

The papaya I bought is not very ripe, so it takes a long time to cook. Cook with glutinous rice balls until they rise. Add sugar

Tips:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour with boiling water and knead it into a dough without sticking to your hands.
2. Add sugar according to personal preference.
3. When the papaya is boiled, the cooking time should be determined according to its rawness and ripeness.
4. If the glutinous rice balls have been frozen, they must be boiled for a longer period of time.
