Passion Fruit
1.
Peel the passion fruit, scoop out the juice inside, and refrigerate for later use
2.
Remove the thin layer of clothing
3.
Cut into small strips (I forgot how many passion fruit I used, but in the end the pulp here is about 300g)
4.
Let go of the water and cook for 5 minutes
5.
Remove and drain
6.
Add caster sugar and mix well
7.
Keep in the refrigerator overnight
8.
The pulp strips are sticky with juice first, then cornstarch
9.
Put it in the baking tray (in the same period, I made some cornstarch and some passion fruit juice for comparison)
10.
Put it in the preheated oven, 150 degrees for 1 hour, turn over once every half an hour
11.
The finished product is out (the candied fruit with cornstarch is dry and not sticky, and the one that is not made will be relatively sticky, but I still like the candied fruit without cornstarch)
12.
The taste of the finished product is not amazing, but I can't help but eat one piece after another. A bunch of finished products, I solved it all at once!
