Passion Fruit Sour Soup Pork Slices

Put the pork in the refrigerator and quick-frozen, then take it out and cut into thin slices, add some soy sauce and starch to marinate for a while. Wash the enoki mushrooms, slice the lettuce, cut the small pepper into small circles, slice the ginger and garlic, and dig out the passion fruit pulp and put it in a small bowl. Prepare all the ingredients first.
