Soak the gelatine slices in ice water until soft

Add caster sugar to cold boiled water, heat and stir on low heat

Tips:
There is no need to boil the sugar water on low heat, as long as the temperature reaches 40-50 degrees, the gelatine tablets can melt.
If you don’t have passion juice, you can use other juices to make other fruity jelly.
