Prepare passion fruit

Cut open

Use a small spoon to remove the fruit pulp

Tips:
Sugar should be put in according to the sweetness and sourness of passion jam or its own taste; when cooking jam, stir with a spatula to prevent it from sticking to the pot; don’t cook it in an iron pan. In addition, some lemon juice can be added when cooking the sauce.
