Passion Fruit Mousse

2 passion fruit, spare pulp

80g milk, 100g cheese, 50g sugar, 100g whipped cream, 8g gelatin powder, 1 egg yolk for use

Egg yolks and butter

After softening the butter at room temperature, stir well

Beat the whipped cream until the lines appear

Add butter mixture

Add passion fruit diced

Stir evenly

Add gelatin powder to milk

Heat on low heat until the gelatin powder is completely melted, take it out and let cool for later use
