Passion Fruit Pudding
1.
Cut off the top of the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp with a small spoon.
2.
Filter out 15 grams of passion fruit juice.
3.
Beat an egg in the prepared passion fruit juice.
4.
Add sugar.
5.
After whipping well, add milk and stir well.
6.
Filter out the delicate pudding liquid. After the pudding liquid is filtered, the steamed pudding tastes better. You can filter it several times to make it delicate enough.
7.
Strain the pudding liquid and pour it into a baking bowl.
8.
Put the baking bowl into a baking pan filled with one-third of water. (This method is called the water bath method, which can avoid the honeycomb in the pudding baking process, and the baked pudding will be more tender and smooth). Adjust the oven to 160 degrees, 40 minutes, remember to preheat ten minutes in advance.
9.
After roasting, take it out and put some passion fruit pulp on it.
Tips:
If there is no oven, you can use a steamer. After the water is boiled, let it steam for 15-20 minutes.
