Cut in half, take out the pulp with a knife and put it in the boiling pot

Add the lemon juice to a boil on low heat, add the maltose, and then add the rock sugar after it has melted, stirring constantly

It becomes thick after cooking for about 5 minutes

After cooling, pour it into a sterilized and sealable bottle, and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Tips:
*Break the rock sugar first to reduce the cooking time!
*Don't cook fruits containing vitamin C for too long!
