Pasta with Lemon and Shiitake Mushrooms

First prepare the ingredients. I serve one person, one sausage and half a lemon. I only use these two kinds of mushrooms at home.

Boil the pasta with salt and oil in the water

One minute before the noodles are almost cooked, pour all kinds of mushrooms and cook them together, then pick them up and set aside. Do not pour the water for cooking the noodles.

Heat up the pan and add oil, add red pepper and garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add the sausage and stir fry

Pour the noodles and mushrooms you just picked up and fry them together, and then pour some of the water that was used to cook the noodles

After squeezing the juice of the lemon, cut it in half and throw it into the noodles and stir-fry, and finally add salt and a little bit of flavor

Adjust the flavor, boil the water to dry, and serve it on the plate. This is a list of simple flavors. Although a red pepper is added, it is not spicy at all. The lemon scent is absolutely unforgettable.
