Risotto with Summer Black Truffle

Chop the onion and set aside.

Melt the butter, add onions, and sauté until fragrant.

Add Italian rice and continue to stir fry.

Add the broth, stirring constantly.

Remove the broth, turn off the heat, add the spice butter and Parmesan cheese, and mix well.

Place the ham and sprinkle with truffle slices.
