Pastoral Bone Soup

Prepare the materials

Boil water in a pot, add bones, ginger slices, and cooking wine to boil

After the bones are boiled until there is no blood, remove them and rinse them with clean water, remove and drain

Peel the carrots, cut into sections, and cut the sweet corn into sections

Put water in a casserole, add the boiled bones, ginger slices, cooking wine, and vinegar and cook for 30 minutes

Add carrots, corn and cook for another 30 minutes, add salt and serve
