Pat Cucumber

Wash the cucumbers.

Cut off both ends and smash them with a knife.

Cut into small pieces, put in a bowl, add a little salt to marinate for 10 minutes.

Chop garlic cloves into finely mince.
5.
Decant the marinated cucumbers to remove water, add garlic, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, cold soy sauce, and sugar, and mix well for half an hour.

It's very crisp and refreshing.
