Pea Cake
1.
Peel the peas, soak them in double water for a longer time. I spent one night.
2.
Put the swelled peas into the electric pressure cooker, and then put in the water again, if the beans are not over, select the button to start.
3.
Cook the peas out of the pot, put the soft white sugar and dried osmanthus into the pot while it is hot, and repeatedly squeeze the beans into a puree with a rice spoon, preferably without particles.
4.
Brush sesame oil in the mold and put the pea puree into compaction.
5.
It can be buckled out after cooling.
6.
This is a pea cake made with the peach wood mold my grandma left me.
Tips:
Because the beans have a longer soaking time and absorb a certain amount of water, the amount of water added when cooking the beans should be less and not too much.
