Pea Jelly

Prepare 2 bowls of the same size and fill them with pea starch and water.

Pour pea starch and water into the basin, and stir into starch water with chopsticks.

Pour 3 bowls of water into the boiling pot.

Bring to a boil.

Pour the starch water slowly.
6.
Stir constantly with a spatula to batter the pot.
7.
Cook until the paste becomes thick and transparent for 5 to 8 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Pour the slurry into glassware and let cool.
9.
Inverted release.
