Pea Yellow

Wash the peeled peas. Soak in three times clear water for more than 8 hours. (Use the rice cooker to stew the soup button to reduce the soaking time)

Use a rice cooker to add appropriate amount of water, and select the stew key to cook the beans. Or use a pressure cooker.

Stir the cooked beans with a food processor or a wall breaker.

Put it in a non-stick pan and fry on low heat, turning it constantly. The spatula was drawn upright in a circle.

Add sugar for a slightly grainy pattern.

Fry until there are clear lines to stop the fire. Too dry affects the taste.

Pour into the mold and cover with plastic wrap.

After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Cut into pieces
Tips:
1. The water used for cooking beans should not be too much. Just make the noodles. It depends on the use of pots and utensils to set the time, generally just crush it by hand.
2. There is no cooking machine that can directly add sugar and fry directly in the pot.
3. There are also some gelatin tablets or agar. There is no need to fry it, it will be formed after mixing well and cooling.
4. Put it into the mold and cover it to prevent the surface from drying out.
5. Because my bean paste is too thin, I fry it. When frying, it is not advisable to fry too dry, you can get away from the fire when you see the lines.
