Pea Yellow
1.
Soak dried peas overnight. Let the peas fully unfold. Then peel it.
2.
Put the peeled peas into an electric pressure cooker, and put in the water slightly less than the peas, not too much water.
3.
The electric pressure cooker is customized to cook the beans. After they are cooked, they become porridge-like, just right.
4.
Put in 60 grams of sugar. Mix well. (According to your own taste, no more than 70 grams of white sugar at most, it is too sweet and not tasty)
5.
Put it into the wall breaker.
6.
Use the'bisque' button for 1 minute. It's OK.
7.
Put it in a non-stick baking pan, cover with a piece of greased paper, press the paper flat and evenly.
8.
Replace it with a piece of greased paper, re-lay it, and cover it on top of the pea yellow to prevent it from drying out. Wait to let cool completely. It is best to put it in the refrigerator.
9.
Be sure to let cool thoroughly, demould, and cut into pieces. It's rusty, cool, and very delicious.
