Soak the peeled peas you bought in water. Otherwise it would be too troublesome to peel yourself.

After soaking for 6 hours, wash them repeatedly to remove bad beans, and some unpeeled ones, wash them well.

After washing, the water is clear and the remaining tofu skin is also removed.

The peas are placed in the pressure cooker. It's almost the same as normal cooking water.

The peas are cooked. There is a lot of water. It's ok.

Put the cooked peas into a puree in a food processor. Then put it in the pot and cook.

Add the sugar and continue toss, the whole process is low to medium heat. The sweetness can be controlled by yourself, at this time the peas are all ripe and you can taste it.

Be careful not to get hot after bubbling.

It's ok to move slowly until it's fried, mine is a bit overfried.

Put it in a lunch box and let it cool. Then refrigerate.

Demould after refrigeration. It is easy to demould, if it is not easy, you can use a silicone spatula to insert it along the edge.

Tips:
Pea yellow is easier than mung bean cake. It can be shaped after cooling. It does not need to be fried to dryness like making mung bean cake. You can also add some butter to increase the flavor.
