Peach and Mushroom Chicken Soup

Cut peaches and fresh mushrooms into cubes

The chicken legs can be rinsed with boiling water or blanched. Put all the prepared ingredients into the inner pot and simmer with 200cc water in the outer pot until the power jumps.

Add the right amount of salt to taste before starting the pot and it's done!
Tips:
Using fresh shiitake mushrooms can absorb the essence of the soup, and will not steal the fragrance of peaches like dried shiitake mushrooms. It can also release polysaccharides, making the soup healthier!
