Peach Jelly

Wash peaches

Peeled and cut into small pieces, I used 3 cuts

Put the peach cubes and a little pure water into the mixing cup of the wall breaker

Select the mixing button, the machine starts to work

This is the whipped peach puree

Pour the puree into a small pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar and heat until it melts, then turn off the heat

Add some lemon juice

I also added some rum, but I don’t need to add it

Gelatine slices are soaked in cold water in advance to soften, and put in when the puree is not hot

Stir evenly

Put the fruit puree in a silicone mold, or directly put it in a small cup and put it in the refrigerator overnight

You can also put it in the refrigerator overnight

After freezing, the demoulding is relatively complete. You can eat it right away or wait for it to soften.

I also cooked some peach slices (not in the ingredients), cut the peach into thin slices and put it in a pot with some water, sugar and lemon juice and boiled it until soft.

The amount of sugar in the fruit puree is controlled by yourself, because the sweetness of peaches is different
