Peanut Butter and Cucumber Fen Crust

Prepared ingredients.

Boil the powder skin with water, change the heat to a low heat and simmer until it is transparent.

Remove and let cool for later use.

Decapsulate the cucumber, cut into thick shreds, add salt and marinate for ten minutes, squeeze the water and set aside.

Add the two ingredients together.

Add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter and mix well with hot water to form a runny peanut butter.

Add peanut butter and chili oil and mix well.
Tips:
1. If the noodles are dry, soak them in water in advance to soften them. It will be easier to cook.
2. Cucumber pickled to remove some water, mixed cold dishes are not easy to get water.
