Peanut Butter Cheese
1.
Ingredients: 3 grams of gelatine flakes, 20 grams of peanut butter, 150 grams of milk, 18 grams of caster sugar, a little bit of cooked peanuts
2.
Add 20 grams of milk to the peanut butter to make a uniform paste. Add granulated sugar to milk, heat on low heat until the sugar melts, remove from heat, add peanut butter paste, and stir well.
3.
Soak the gelatine flakes in ice water until soft, remove, squeeze out the water, put it into the milk liquid, and stir until it is completely melted. Stir over ice water until thick, pour into a 40-ml small cup, and refrigerate until solidified. Take out, sprinkle a little cooked peanuts and garnish.
Tips:
The peanut butter is made into a liquid with milk in advance, which makes it easier to mix with milk.
When heating the milk, there is no need to boil it until the sugar is completely melted. It can be removed from the fire.
