Peanut Butter Cookies

The butter is softened at room temperature, add fine sugar and brown sugar, and beat with a whisk until fluffy.

Add the egg mixture in two batches and continue to beat.

Add peanut butter.

Beat until the peanut butter and butter are well mixed and fluffy.

Sift in the flour and baking soda and stir evenly.

Add cooked peanuts and mix well again.
