Peanut Candy
1.
Half a bowl of rock sugar and white sugar, and a bowl and a half of peanuts. The serving size is small.
2.
Stir the peanuts over low heat.
3.
Rub the skin into half.
4.
Syrup focus: dry pan without adding oil or water, use the minimum heat, stir fry.
5.
Make the syrup and stir fry again. (The syrup will not boil)
6.
When placing the peanuts, use the portion, or the lowest heat, and then stir quickly.
7.
Stir well. The focus must be fast, the syrup will form a ball quickly.
8.
Shaping: Put some oil on the plate, put it on the plate, slightly hot, press hard, buckle it out, and immediately cut into pieces with a knife.
9.
Do it for the first time-success!
Tips:
Stir-fried peanuts and syrup should be patient and slow. They are already very crispy when they are shaped, so the action should be fast. Anyway, I made peanut brittle for the first time, so I made a small amount, but it was very successful.
