Nougat has always been my favorite, and the ones on the market can’t meet my taste needs, so I can do it myself.

Peanut Cranberry Mango Nougat

1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes

2. Go to peanut coat after letting cool

3. Put the peeled peanuts into a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin

4. Dried cranberries, dried mango, chopped and set aside

5. Cut the butter into small pieces and melt it over low heat

6. Add marshmallows and wait until the marshmallows are completely melted

7. Add milk powder and mix quickly and evenly

8. Add chopped peanuts, dried cranberries, and dried mangoes, moving fast

9. After mixing, use a rolling pin to roll it into a one-centimeter thick block

10. Cut to shape after cooling

Tips:

You need to use a non-stick pan to make nougat, move fast, and change the taste according to your preference.
