Peanut Cranberry Nougat

Prepare the materials

Chopped cranberries; use marshmallows directly or cut into small pieces

Put the peanut kernels in the oven and bake for a few minutes, then peel them and crush them in half

Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it on a low heat

Pour the marshmallows over medium and low heat, stir to melt

Turn to low heat and pour in the milk powder and stir to form a dough

Turn off the heat, pour in chopped peanuts and cranberries, and mix well

Move it to oiled paper, knead it again with your hands to form a ball, and flatten it with a rolling pin

Let it cool naturally and cut into strips; finally, put it in an airtight jar, or wrap it in sugar paper
Tips:
Use white original marshmallows, colored or filled are not suitable
