Peanut Crisp

Pour the peanuts into the pot and stir fry over low heat.

Stir fry until the color of the infrared coat becomes darker and the aroma of peanuts overflows. Turn off the heat.

After the peanuts cool down, rub off the peanut infrared jacket with your hands.

Put the peeled money into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush it.

Pour a bag of white sugar into the pot and stir-fry on low heat (no oil or water is needed), and the sugar is boiled to a caramel color.

Pour in the crushed peanuts and keep stirring.

After stirring, the peanuts and sugar are viscous and pour them on the chopping board to cool. When the temperature cools to about 45°C, use a rolling pin to flatten them.

After cooling completely, cut into small pieces with a knife.
