Peanut Gnocchi

Raw material, peanuts are fried and peeled in advance.

Tips:
Be sure to use boiling water when making the noodles. When wrapping, let the dough cool a little bit. Dip some cold water or oil on your hands and wrap the dough to prevent stickiness.
