Peanut Milk Candy

Peanuts, put in the oven, the middle layer is 160 degrees, roast for 8 minutes, if it is not fully cooked, you can fry a few more times in the pan, remove the outer skin and set aside

Put the marshmallows in a bowl, boil them in water to melt them, you can add a little water

Wait until the marshmallows melt, add milk powder and stir quickly

Add the roasted peanuts and mix well

Finally, pour it into a non-stick utensil, not too deep, just convenient. Let it cool, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then take it out

Frozen peanut milk cubes can be cut as you like. It is very convenient and the shape is customized.
Tips:
Because I used vanilla-flavored marshmallows, they taste great, but they are a bit sweet.
It can be made with whole milk powder that is not sweet, it won’t feel too sweet
