Peanut Milk Sauce
1.
Take 100 grams of peanuts, boil a pot of water, add peanuts, and cook for about 3 minutes.
2.
If you want to peel it easily, put the boiled peanuts in cold water quickly and soak for a while, the peel is easy to peel off.
3.
Next, prepare the necessary materials, and let's start making peanut dew. 30-50 grams of white sugar, depending on the taste of your family, add more if you like sweeter ones.
4.
Put 250ml of milk and 100g of peeled peanuts into the food processor for the first whipping.
5.
After the first stirring, start filtering with a fine mesh sieve. The remaining peanut residue, together with 250ml of boiled water (or purified water), is put into the food processor again.
6.
After the second whipping, continue to sieve, the remaining peanut residue, and 250 ml of boiled water, continue the third whipping. As you can see, the peanut dregs are much less. After filtering, there is very little peanut residue. It is enough to filter 3 times before and after.
7.
Pour the peanut milk into the pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and boil on low heat until the pot comes to a boil. When there is milk skin, turn off the heat and let it warm.
8.
You can make more at a time and put it in a sealed bottle. You can drink it cold daily, or you can take it out and reheat it the next day. The taste is also great.
