The nougat made for the first time is really delicious and does not stick to your teeth. I just wrap the candy wrapper upside down.

1. Put the butter in a non-stick pan over a low heat and slowly melt it.

Tips:

Non-stick pan is needed to make nougat, and the process requires constant frying. The prepared nougat will not stick to the knife until it is cold and cut, and the unpackaged sugar will be squeezed together.
