Peanut Nougat
1.
Prepare all materials (the peanuts have been processed)
2.
Put the raw peanuts in the oven at 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Be sure to order them in the last few minutes. Don’t bake them. Let them cool and peel them for later use.
3.
Melt the butter in a pan
4.
Add marshmallows and milk powder to dress up to this state
5.
Add chopped peanuts and dress up
6.
Mix until the color is slightly yellow, and you can start the pot (it's all on low heat during the mixing process). I have been mixing for a long time, so the color is a bit dark
7.
Put it in a non-stick tray and let it cool for a while
8.
It's still a little bit warm and soft, so you can cut it
9.
Wrap the sugar paper and it's successful
Tips:
1. The pot must be non-stick, otherwise it will be very troublesome
2. The softness and hardness of the sugar is determined by the length of time it is mixed on the fire, the time period is softer, otherwise it is harder
3. When cutting, be sure to cut while the sugar is still warm, it won’t be cut when it’s cold
