Peanut Nougat

Peanuts can be cooked in the microwave first, and peeled after cooling

Peeled, cooked peanut kernels are also crispy. Of course, peanuts can also be made of other nuts, such as walnuts, cashews, and even raisins. According to your preference, the specific dosage can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.

If the stirring is not uniform but starts to solidify, put it in the microwave oven for about 10 seconds until it is completely uniform

After stirring evenly, place the mixture in a container and press it firmly. The container should be filled with paper or other materials that are not easy to stick. You can sprinkle milk powder to prevent adhesion with the container. Keep it in the freezer for 1-2 hours

Tips:
It can also be made in a non-stick pan. The marshmallow has a certain viscosity during the whole process. Before cooling and setting, you need to sprinkle milk powder on the inner wall of the container for adhesion.
