Peanut Nougat (marshmallow Version)
1.
Prepare the above materials, then prepare non-stick pan and silicone spatula, these two things can be anti-sticky
2.
Heat a pan on a low heat (I use an induction cooker, a slow fire), put the butter in it, and heat it to melt
3.
After the butter is melted, add marshmallows and heat to melt, stir well
4.
After the marshmallow has melted, add milk powder and continue to stir evenly
5.
Stir constantly to make the milk powder and marshmallow blend evenly and fully
6.
Add cooked peanuts. If you like to eat peanuts, you can put more, I put a lot of them anyway... Or you can reduce the peanuts, and add some dried cranberries... Continue to mix evenly...
7.
Be sure to stir more to cover all the ground peanuts
8.
After mixing well, put the nougat in the container while it is hot. I use a non-stick baking pan... You can use a spatula to press and flatten, about a centimeter thick or thicker... If you are afraid of sticking to the plate, you can put oil paper under …
9.
Put it in the refrigerator (don’t put it in the freezer) for about half an hour to one hour
10.
Take out the diced pieces, and then wrap it with glutinous rice paper...and then wrap it with sugar paper...and that's it... it's also very good to give away...
Tips:
This will make it softer... If you want to eat hard, reduce the amount of butter, and then stir more and then stir...
Be sure to refrigerate when putting it in the refrigerator, don't freeze it, or it will become ice cubes...
This amount can basically have 60 or 70 grains...
