Peanut Sesame Candy

Turn on a low heat, and fry the peanuts.

After cooling, the fried peanuts are peeled, put in a fresh-keeping bag, and crushed with a rolling pin, not too crushed

Stir-fry the white sesame seeds for later use

Mix crushed peanuts and sesame seeds in a 2:1 ratio

Prepare a container and apply a thin layer of oil on the surface

Put a small amount of oil and an appropriate amount of sugar in the pot, sauté slowly, stirring constantly

Add appropriate amount of white vinegar until the sugar becomes dark brown and there are no bubbles

Stir continuously until there are no big bubbles
9.
Add the prepared sesame seeds and ground peanuts and mix well
10.
Put it out into the prepared container and press flat
11.
After setting the shape, put it on the chopping board and let it cool down
12.
Cut into small pieces when it's half cold, and continue to let it cool completely
13.
Put it in an airtight jar after it has cooled completely
