Peanut Sesame Roll

Ten (or more) raw peanuts, sauté on high heat for 2 minutes, and reduce heat for 3 minutes. After frying, peel off the thin clothes.

Cut into pieces with a knife.

Add a tablespoon of pre-whipped sesame powder.

Add a tablespoon of sugar, then mix well with sesame powder and ground peanuts to make fillings.

Add five spoons of glutinous rice flour.

Leave a small hole in the middle and pour a little water.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Use a rolling pin to press it into a square shape.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan, put in the square noodles, and fry for 2 minutes on low heat.

Put the fillings on the fried noodles and roll them into round sticks.
11.
Cut into small pieces with a knife, and finally trim the corners neatly.
12.
Load the disc, complete!
