Peanut Shortbread
1.
Heat the pan, add peanuts, and fry until the surface is dry and the skin can be peeled off.
2.
Peeling the peanuts off the skin is a test of patience. It took me half an hour to grind the peanuts without too much crushing.
3.
Heat the pan, add the white sugar, melt until golden brown, pour in the crushed peanuts, stir fry until the sugar and peanuts stick together.
4.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the chopping board, place the fried peanut crisps on the chopping board, spread them neatly, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and then quickly cut them into squares of equal size.
Tips:
When cutting into cubes, you must grasp the time. It is best to cut the peanut crisp when it is still a little warm. When it is cooled down, it is a bit hard and difficult to cut. When it is too hot, it will not be cut into shape.
