Peanut Soy Milk

1. Soak soybeans and peanuts overnight in advance. 100 grams of dried soybeans, 45 grams of peanuts, 250 grams of milk, 800 grams of water, 15 grams of rock sugar

2. Wash the soaked soybeans and put them in the soymilk machine.

3. Put the soaked peanuts into the soymilk machine.

4. Put milk in.
(Many people ask me if I can boil, and boiled milk does have such a problem. However, I did not boil soy milk like this. It is probably because of the low proportion of milk.)

5. Add water.
Just add the water level between the upper water level and the lower water level.

6. Turn on the soymilk machine to boil the soymilk program.

7. Approximately 30 minutes of work.

8. The work is done.

9. Strain the bean dregs.
(Don’t lose the bean dregs, steam buns, stir-fry bean dregs, and make bean dregs cakes. They are delicious, nutritious and rich)

10. The filtering is complete.

11. Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to taste.
(If you like sweetness, put more, if you don't like sweetness, you can leave it alone)
