Peanut Stick
1.
Freshly peeled red shell peanuts, this one is raw.
2.
Bake in the oven at 160°C for 15 minutes, and it is fine if you don't have the oven to dry and fry them.
3.
The roasting temperature should not be too high, otherwise the peanuts will not look good when they are cracked, and the peanuts will be very crisp after cooling.
4.
Put no oil in the pot, add cornstarch with a knife, and fry on low heat.
5.
Fry the cornstarch until it turns slightly yellow.
6.
Pour the white sugar and water into the pot.
7.
Bring to a boil on a low fire. There is not much water, so it is easy to boil. Don't walk away to avoid drying out.
8.
Continue to boil on a low heat until the water has evaporated completely and the sugar water will bubble up so that the sugar shreds can be dipped onto the shovel.
9.
Pour in roasted peanuts and stir quickly.
10.
Sift in the fried starch.
11.
The whole process should be turned quickly. Take advantage of the sugar crystals to make the starch evenly stick to the peanuts. Occasionally, the sticky unevenness can be scattered by hand. It is not so hot.
12.
Let it cool for a few minutes and you can eat it directly, and you can store it in a crisper to prevent it from softening.
