Peanuts with Milk Frosting

Soak some peanuts in water for 10 minutes

Prepare an egg and a carton of milk

The peanuts are soaked and drained. Pour into an egg and stir evenly

Then add the right amount of flour

Stir the peanuts until evenly coated with flour

Sift out the extra flour from the peanuts

Cook the oil in the pot and heat it to 40-50% hot, add the peanuts and fry it on medium heat until the peanuts float up and the color becomes darker, golden and crispy.

Fried and fished out for later use

Put the right amount of sugar and milk in the pot to simmer the sugar on a high fire and change it to a low fire. Stir continuously with a spoon.

Boil until the sugar is densely bubbling and the sugar is sticky.

A simple test method: dip chopsticks in sugar and cool for three or four seconds to pull out the sticky filaments.

Add peanuts and stir fry for a few seconds, then remove the pan from the heat or turn off the heat and continue to fry for two minutes

After leaving the heat for a minute or two, you will slowly turn out the sugar sand
