Perilla Peach Ginger
1.
Ingredients: Perilla, peaches, ginger (fresh ginger is best, use old ginger if you don’t have it), ingredients, white vinegar (or rice vinegar), rock sugar, salt (a little bit)
2.
Wash the peaches and cut them into slices with the skins, cut the perilla into thick filaments, and slice the ginger.
3.
Find a larger, airtight container to ensure that it is oil-free and water-free. Place a layer of rock sugar on the bottom, a layer of perilla, a layer of peach slices, and a layer of ginger slices. (PS: Every layer mentioned here is It's a thin layer, peaches can be spread more)
4.
Then spread the container layer by layer in the order of: rock sugar → perilla → peach → ginger slice.
5.
After the ingredients are put out, evenly sprinkle some salt on the top (meaning just fine, don’t make too much, it will be salty, sprinkle the salt to make the water out) and pour 2/3 cups of white vinegar in a disposable cup (the proportion of white vinegar is based on your own I only made 3 peaches. Then I put some boiled water (mineral water is best) from the top into the container, and pour it to 2/3 of the container.
6.
Finally, please wait quietly for one to two days. You can taste the water when you see the water turns purple.
