Pickled Fish

Wash and slice the grass carp and marinate in a seasoning bag.

Add corn oil to the wok without too much, add the fish fillets in portions and fry them until golden, so that they won’t be deformed easily.

Tips:
The fish is best to be fried, so that it is easy to shape, if you like low oil, you can omit it
