Sauerkraut fish is better with a little oil!

Pickled Fish

1. The purchased grass carp is cleaned

2. Use a knife to cut off the meat on both sides of the fish body

3. After processing the sliced fish, shave the fish bones clean

4. Cut the knife diagonally

5. Fillet with egg white

6. Add starch, white pepper, cooking wine and marinate for 25 minutes

7. Scallion, ginger and garlic are handled well

8. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic

9. Fry the fish bones and fish heads until they change color

10. Add chopped sauerkraut

11. Add water

12. Cook for 3 minutes, add the marinated fish fillets, and cook for another 3 minutes.

13. In another pot, add red pepper, sesame pepper, and Chinese pepper with hot oil, pour it on the prepared fish, sprinkle with coriander, and serve.

Tips:

Don’t cook the fish for too long, otherwise the fish will get old and the fish will be fresh and tender.
