Pickled Fish

Kill the black fish, fillet the fish (mine is the one that sells the fish directly from the vegetable farm)

Wash fish heads, fish bones, and fish tails, rinse off the blood and set aside

Rinse the fish fillets until they are transparent, add cornstarch, pepper, salt, egg white, chicken essence, cooking wine

Chop half of the chili, cut the green onion into sections and set aside

Pour oil, chili, ginger, garlic and green onions into the pot and stir fry

Pour the fish bones and stir fry for a while, so that the soup will turn white

Pour the sauerkraut bag and stir fry for a while

Pour in boiling water, add salt, pepper, and chicken essence to taste, cook on high heat for about 10 minutes, remove the sauerkraut and fish bones and put them in a pot

Pour the fish fillets into the fish soup, cook on low heat for one minute
10.
Remove the fish fillets, pour in the fish soup and sprinkle with the remaining peppers, pour the oil into the pot and boil, pour the oil with the peppers

Sprinkle with coriander and start eating...
Tips:
The spiciness is added according to personal taste, the fish bones must be rinsed, otherwise the soup will not be white, and the fish fillets with egg white will be more tender...
