Pickled Fish

Wash the black fish, chop off the head, and split it apart. Under the fish body slices, cut the fish bones.

Slice the fish into thin slices, add about 5 grams of pepper, 10 ml of cooking wine, one egg white, and the marinated fish in the sauerkraut fish seasoning. Grab well.

At this time, prepare several seasonings as shown in the figure.

Heat the pot, put 50ml of vegetable oil in the pot, pour the seasonings into the pot until fragrant, then pour the sauerkraut into the pot and stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour in the right amount of boiling water at this time. Add fish heads and fish bones. Bake for about 15 minutes.

At this time, pour in the marinated fish fillets, cook for about 5 minutes, and then pour the seasonings in the sauerkraut fish condition. You can taste it and add some salt if it feels light.

At this time, put the prepared sauerkraut fish into a large bowl, sprinkle cooked sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Heat about 20 grams of vegetable oil and pour over the chopped shallots and cooked sesame seeds.
