Sauerkraut fish is my husband’s favorite. I always say that the amount is small every time in the restaurant. In fact, I eat too much. It is not difficult to study it myself!

Ingredients

Pickled Fish

1. Wash the black fish, chop off the head, and split it apart. Under the fish body slices, cut the fish bones.

Tips:

Drink the soup first when you eat fish, because the sauerkraut fish soup is delicious, I use the special fried rice of Inner Mongolia to pair it with it.
