Pickled Fish

1. Wash the fillets

2. Pour in the oil and mix well.

3. Add cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, black pepper and mix well

4. Add lemon slices, mix well, and put in the refrigerator.

5. Cut the sauerkraut and put in a bowl for later use

6. Cut the garlic into two portions, one is slices, and the other is froth.

7. Put the scallions, ginger, Chinese pepper, wild pepper and garlic slices together, cut some green onions and minced garlic together, set aside!

8. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped ingredients, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

9. Pour in sauerkraut and stir fry

10. Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, bring it to a low heat for a while, remove the sauerkraut and leave the soup in the pot.

11. Remove the lemon slices from the fish fillets

12. Add egg whites

13. Mix well

14. Add the fish fillets after the soup in the pot is boiled

15. Boil the fish fillets until white and pour directly into the sauerkraut.

16. Sprinkle the remaining minced garlic and green onions on the fish fillets, then sprinkle some pepper powder.

17. Heat oil in a pot

18. Pour it on the fish fillets, ready to eat.
