This sauerkraut fish is suitable for people with a light taste. There is no ginger in this dish, so garlic is used. It is not fishy when it is cooked.

Pickled Fish

1. Material preparation.

2. Wash the sashimi with a spoonful of salt.

3. Finely chop garlic.

4. Marinate the sashimi with two spoons of salt and two spoons of cornstarch.

5. Wash the sauerkraut, cut into small pieces, and soak in water for 15 minutes.

6. Put the garlic in a hot pot and sauté the garlic.

7. Pour the sauerkraut and stir fry.

8. Pour in two spoons of soy sauce and continue to fry.

9. Pour hot water.

10. Bring to a boil over high heat.

11. Pour in the sashimi and stir evenly. After two minutes, it will be ready. Turn off the heat immediately.

Tips:

Pour the sashimi and cook for two minutes, the meat will not be crispy after a long time.
