Pickled Fish

Prepare enoki mushrooms and soybean sprouts for later use.

Ginger garlic and sauerkraut.
3.
Fillet the remaining fish skeleton.
4.
Sauté sauerkraut first.

Pour the fish skeleton and stir fry together.

The fish fillets are marinated with seasonings after passing the water.

Add water to boil and add soybean sprouts and enoki mushrooms.

Put it in a basin and remove it for later use.

Blanch the fish fillets with the remaining soup.

Pour into the basin, because it is not too greasy to eat, then no longer pour the hot oil.
Tips:
Marinate the fish fillets with water several times until the water is not turbid.
Add egg wash and salt to marinate.
